How do Ulysse credits work?

What are Ulysse travel credits?

When a refund is available for your trip or an extra, such as baggage or a reserved seat, we offer two options: a refund to your bank card or Ulysse credits.

Credits are linked to your Ulysse account. Sign in with your email address to access them. They work like a currency that can only be used with Ulysse.

How do I check my balance?

Sign in, then open the menu at the top right of the website. Your credit balance appears under your name. See How much travel credit have I earned?.

How do I use my credits?

You can use your credits for any destination when booking on Ulysse. At the payment step, choose to use your travel credits and the amount will be deducted from your booking total.

If your ticket costs less than your credit balance, the remaining credits stay available for another booking. If it costs more, pay the difference with another payment method.

Do my credits expire?

No. You can use them whenever you want, for the destination of your choice, across as many bookings as your balance allows.

Can I use my credits for other people?

Yes. Credits are linked to your email address, not the passenger's name. You can use them for any passenger as long as you book using your email address and are signed in to your account.
