Ulysse Flex is our cancellation guarantee, offered in partnership with Koala.
What does it cover?
You can cancel a valid booking on your own initiative, for any reason, up to two days before the departure of your first flight. No supporting documents are required to explain why you are cancelling.
Cancellation applies to all passengers and all flights in the booking. Check with everyone travelling before cancelling: the cancellation is final and cannot be reversed.
How much will I be refunded?
For cancellations within the deadline, the refund is 80% of the trip amount. For bookings made before 2 March 2022 at 3 p.m., the refund is 70%.
The calculation includes the price of your flights, added baggage and airport taxes. The price of the cancellation guarantee itself is excluded and is not refundable.
For example, if you paid €172.50 in total, including €22.50 for the guarantee, the refund at 80% would be €120: (€172.50 − €22.50) × 0.8.
If you miss the cancellation deadline, you cannot claim a refund through this guarantee.
What is not covered?
The guarantee only applies while your booking is valid and you or someone travelling with you chooses to cancel it. If the airline or another party cancels your trip, the refund comes from the party responsible, rather than through Ulysse Flex.

How do I cancel?
- Sign in to your Ulysse account with your email address.
- Open the trip you want to cancel and select "Cancel my reservation". You will see the refundable amount.
- Read the form carefully and provide your bank details to confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation is final. Once you submit your bank details, we pass them to Koala to arrange the refund. Allow up to one week for the bank transfer to be processed.
